GENERAL INFORMATION

Please know that prepayment for all designs and promotional items is required before any work is started.

 

**FOR CUSTOM PRODUCTS**

The proof is sent and must be approved via email before the project design is started. After approval, the design will be printed as is. No exceptions! One complimentary revision is given per project, based on the original design form submission; each revision after that is $10.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping with us at H&P Creative Studio. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Refunds are only circumstantial. If a refund is given, total design time, shipping & handling fees will be subtracted from the invoice total. I work to ensure that my customers are fully satisfied before getting to the point of refund or legal concerns. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the work, please direct any questions or concerns to handpcreativestudio@gmail.com

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

Please allow 7 - 10 business days for total completion. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

 

All delivery orders are for local customers in Jesup, GA, Screven, GA, and Ludowici, GA. Locations include but are not limited to Hurricane's Gas Station, Parkers Gas Station (Ludowici and Jesup), and Screven, GA Post Office. Other delivery locations can be discussed via our contact page. Please be advised that there is a delivery fee.

  • How do I submit my customization details for my order?
    When you are at checkout, fill out the custom order form. Be sure to include any photos that you have by uploading the file. You will receive a confirmation email once it is submitted.
  • What if I am not sure what image I want on my design?
    That is fine. We do have a large database of images you can choose from for an idea. We work with you to get those creative ideas flowing. If you are stuck, simply email us via our contact form with an idea of what you would like and we can go from there.
  • Do you offer quarterly planners?
    Yes we offer a variety of planners. They range from daily to yearly planners. These can be customized through our consultations. You will be able to choose through several layouts and customize them to your liking. Do be advised their is a non-refundable consultation fee.
  • Do you do group orders for items in the studio?
    Yes, if you would like to purchase a group order of one of our items, simply send us an email via the contact form and we will work out the details.
